Dr. Robert Topkis DO
Medical Director
Robert L. Topkis graduated from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in Business Management in 1991. He then followed his passion – medicine – by earning a medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996. Dr. Topkis then went on to advanced residency training specializing in Family Medicine, which he completed in 1999. Dr. Topkis joined his family practice and he is currently serving Bucks County, PA as a family medicine physician and independent practitioner. He also has been acting as a preceptor for PA students, medical students, interns, and residents for many years.
Dr. Topkis expanded his scope of practice to include aesthetic medicine after additional training was completed in 2008. He has been able to combine his knowledge of medicine and aesthetics to help his patients achieve their goals in wellness, maintain their physical appearance, as well as achieve a high quality of life. Dr. Topkis has been trained in multiple aesthetic services and is certified in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facial peels, and many advanced aesthetic treatments. Dr. Topkis’ combination of genuine warmth, unmatched honesty, and profound expertise makes him an experienced and invaluable medical director and resource for Bella Mobile Aesthetics Medical Spa.

In 2007, I graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies. I was trained in Aesthetics by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and work under the supervision of Dr. Robert Topkis, DO. I have been performing aesthetic treatments and services since 2008 and continually learn new techniques and aesthetic advances to help my patients look and feel their best. I offer personalized treatment plans in a no pressure, friendly, one on one environment that welcomes both novice treatment seekers and the experienced alike.

In 2016, I attended The Beauty Institutes’ Make-Up Designory program and received a certification in makeup. Through that, I began working as a freelance makeup artist part time and full time in makeup retailers. Helping people find ways to be the most comfortable and confident in themselves was something I loved to do and this career path was a way to do so. As my love and passion for makeup grew over the years, I wanted to further myself and my career. In 2019, I made the decision to get my Esthetics license at Jean Madeline Aveda Institute. I have a passion for all things beauty and I’m excited to further myself at BMA.

My name is Sabrina, and I am Bella Mobile Aesthetics, Spa Director. With a background in neuroscience and a passion for patient care, I embarked on a journey that merged my scientific expertise with my untapped creative side. It all started when I joined Alicia in her medical spa venture, initially helping her with social media management. As time went on, I found myself immersed in various projects and gradually embraced my newfound career and passion for all things business and marketing.
